The Multilingual Communications Team helps connect DPS schools and departments with linguistically diverse parents and families by providing translation (written) and interpretation (spoken) support.

Please request translation services online here and interpretations online here. Interpretation services (oral, by video) are offered for free to parents and families, and must be requested by a DPS employee, here (Note: DPS username and password are required. Most services are free to schools and departments; however, some fees may apply and are quoted in advance.) For phone interpretation, please contact email@example.com to request your school or department’s account.
Our services include:
- Translation of written communications into more than 160 languages.
- Interpretation into more than 160 languages, including American Sign Language.
Please note: Advance notice is required for all translation and interpretation services, and must be submitted by a DPS employee.
